Mr michael spencer lied repeatadly to me telling me money was on the way he didnt even ask me my account number like a fool i told him was told to give 200.00 for loan application which i did and then 350.00 for bank wire transaciton' i need the money to stop eviction process i am in now i am out even more then before i had a bad feeling should have trusted my gut told me bank name was federal reserve bank of wahington dc there is no such bank do not take loan for blocked numbers or numbers you cant call back number i was given was 202-738-4085 or 209-676-8911 its a bad scam i was screwed i now lost my house my family and all i had
