My boss, my husband, and my sister each got a phone call from someone looking for me. I called the number back and was told that I was going to be sued for not paying back a payday loan. #1 I never got a payday loan, #2 I have no idea how they got the numbers they did to be calling the people they did. They clam that I got a payday loan with Cash Advance USA. I have never in my life got a payday loan. They stated that I got this loan in Dec. 09. I didn't work at the place I do now at that time and my sister and my husband had diff. Phone numbers at time.
I did however apply for a home loan with lending Tree online and give those numbers as refers. So Im not sure what is going on, but something needs to be done about all this. When I did call the number back he did state that I was being sued and would not answer the questions I had ask him. He then told me that he had proof that I got the loan. I told him that I needed that proof sent to me ASAP. I then continued to ask questions and get upset as he was telling me that I needed to SHUT UP, SHUT UP!!!
