I had an experience similar to others with this company. I thought I was contacting APPLE TECH support and have discovered after apparently signing up for a three month payment plan and spending many frustrating hours with this company before going to the APPLE store and connecting with the "real APPLE tech support services" that I was working with a company not associated with APPLE. I have contacted the Florida Better Business Bureau regarding what I have determined to be at the very least deceptive business practices and possibly fraud.
