I contacted operator 911 re: accident on 95 north before exit 7. Operator could not locate location after 7 min or so we were still talking discussing the location, i was extremely concerned i saw people bleeding/crushed by car and it was an accident of over 4 cars. After 10 min he still didnt know where to dispatch help!!! WTF no one could possibly miss it if you were going north before exit 7 i kept repeating this, traffic was horrid!!! At that point operator told me is it in the Throggs Neck Bridge??? I wanted to go thru the phone; how sad that our system it's really lacking knowleadge in a country like ours, in the center of the world we are useless... So ashame to be rely on a system like ours: (
