DECEPTION on purchase of very expensivenstate of the art WASHER

Bought Washing Machine July called once along time for some repair was done inmediately, Machine broke down 4 days ago, called for service, and they came yesterday letting me know the parts are not available and are in back order. Sevice call maybe in 3 to 4 weeks.
Dispute over subject, they said I should rent a washer, but I have no space in Laundry room for a third machine, (washer and drier), rental company charges extra for moving existent machine out of laundry room, they are willing to pay for LaUNDROMAT, but I have to drive 15 ml to go, so I am not willing to accept. Sears does not offer rental or to lend me any of their equipment, so... I do not what to do. Cristopher is very arrogant and nasty person to deal with, that turns Sears prestige downard. Jeff at another corporative headquarter gave me written same answers. We consider this a FRAUD, and never ever had any problems for over 25 year with SEARS.
How do we handle this. They do not want to reimburse us, as more than one year of purchase has passed and manufacturers warranty expired, but we paid for 5 yearEXPENDED WARRANTY, not understanding for what.
