In 2011 I went looking for debit counseling. I found American Debit.
To join the program, you had to let them take the payment out
of my checking account. So every month they took out of my checking account $416.50. For the month of June they were late sending the money so I call American Debit and then they sent to both of my accounts. Along comes a letter in the mail saying that Financial Help Services, Inc. Now July 16th comes and the $416.50 but did not send it to my accounts. So I called Finical Help Services and was told that they were only allowed for payment beginning after
July 29th. So I found another debit counseling to help me. To American Debit I sent a letter asking for them to return back to
me 416.50. And if I did not hear from them and I told the debit counseling that my next step was to contact the Better Business Bureau. So here I am. I am hoping that you can help me. My phone number is 304-292-8088.
