I have been scammed out of $250 by "SAVEOLOGY" / Techzilla rebate fraud by representative who worked directly with Comcast. The sales rep requested that I pay for the router up front and assured me that I would receive a rebate after the installation. The web site address provided by Techzilla changed and no one has any information or clue about my rebate now the modem is not even compatible with Comcast. Comcast, Savology, and Techzilla scams Comcast customers by baiting and switching consumers under the guise of being a Comcast Xfinity collects the money and pretending they don’t know what happen. Nice way to collect money and make a profit at the expense of working families. The sad part is that I will never use Comcast products again and to the people who devised this scam I say it is doubtful that I will ever receive my money, I take peace in knowing that I don’t have to steal for aliving and that I am done Comcast. You were successful in stealing my money, to the employees of Comcast think about the clients that were robbed and try to help them regain their loss. I hope my stolen money goes to a good cause but somehow I doubt it. I am done with your criminal enterprise Comcast will never see another cent from me. I will gladly pay double with a reputable company.By the way Comcast customer service is terrible everybody does an excellent job of apologizing but not retuning calls or resolving the issue. Thank you for this learning experience Comcast has demonstrated that large powerful companies can easily steal from the public and get away with it.
