I purchased a formal dress from this website back in March. When I received the dress a few weeks later I was not happy at all with the way it looked. The size and style did not fit properly, and one of the clasps was broken when it arrived. I followed the exchange/refund instructions provided on the company website but could not get ahold of anyone to arrange the return. I left several telephone messages and email complaints and did not hear back, so I've been stuck with the dress ever since.
