I ordered a dress in 03/17. It came but it didn't look anthing like in the picture they show on their website. Www.dressfirst.com I tried it on and it was 3 inches big in the front part of the dress and there are threats hangging from all the dress. That same day I requested the return adress and the return form. Since that day I started to get messages telling me to send them pictures. I did it. Today they told me that they will return only 15% of the money to take it to a tailor to fix it. Bad quality can't be fix. Please help!!!
I requested them the forms on 04/05, 04/08, 04/09, two on this date. 04/10, 04/11 and today 04/12/13
