Enchanced Services Billing, ripoff of $19.53 added to my bellsouth statement of 12/28/04 without my permission or knowledge

When I recieved my bell south bill this month there was an additinal charge from aservice provider called members edge, llc for 16.53 including taxes on voice mail service set up fee. I do not even know what this is and did not ask for it. I will call tomorow to try and get them to take it off my bill. I refuse to pay something i do not understand
