Members Edge ILD Teleservices Phone Bill Charges - $14.95 tax for Voice Mail service that was never ordered. I have never heard of this company, Member's Edge, or it's billing partner, ILD Teleservices. Ripoff

ILD Teleservices, a billing company on behalf of it's client, Member's Edge, billed my Sprint phone bill a total of $16.67 ($14.95 tax) for voice mail services. I have never initiated a purchase of voice mail services or anything else from Members Edge.in fact, I've never heard of them before. My local phone company (Sprint) says that they cannot refund the charges until the billing company refunds it to them.
