A young girl came to my door saying the same thing everyone else said. She was learning communication and going door to door selling magazine/book subscriptions. She was also trying to earn points for a trip to Italy! She said she was from Georgia and had just been to Arizona... Now that I think about it she was bouncing around with her story but she was so good I didn't catch it! I'm not one to open my door to solicitors and for some reason I opened the door. Anyway, I've since cancelled my check and now have to pay a stop payment fee for my own ignorance of being scammed!!
