Two young men came to my door selling magazines to supposedly win a trip to Italy. I ordered to different magazines, I paid by check but never received magazines. I tried calling Explorer Communications and International Communications Concepts (the two company names on the receipt) but both companies seem to have disconnected their phones and their websites are useless.
