I was told by the Girl at my door that she was trying to earn enough points to go on a school trip. I was in the market for a magazine for my son for Christmas. He lives out of state so I knew I had to get a mail order set up. I have always contributed to local school fund raisers and students do a job to earn Money or points instead of just loafing and getting money from parents. I was soooo very disappointed to realize I was suckered into this. She seemed so nice and so young to be a con artist. Bad way to have our now generation to grow up with the "I expect everything for nothing" Sad I will never buy any door to door solicitations no matter what. Good intentions on their part or not. Can't trust ANYONE, no matter how innocent they look or the cause they are selling for.
