Received phone call telling me my vacation package was expiring and I could extend it 3 more years for price of $198. Then they added tax up to 225. Told me they would send information about the places I could go, etc. And they would also send it to me E-mail. After waiting for the E-mail I called and they said it was sent. Not received—called again—they said it was sent and I would received the package of information by mail delivery with a week. Not yet received. Called again about the E-mail—they said they sent it 3 times. Not so!
