On July 30th I ordered a "Free sample" that was advertised for 4.99. The ad was shared in Facebook. I received 1 bottle on August 15th. My credit card was charged $95.99 on August 14th. When I called the number on the bottle I was told that the 95.99 is the charged for the product that I received. I explained that I only received 1 bottle and the only order that I made was the free sample one and nothing more. She told me that I agree with the terms and conditions on the order and that was indicated on it. I definitely do not recall that on the terms and conditions when I was reading it. I again asked her that 1 bottle cost $95.99, she responded "whatever you received". She told me that my credit card will not be chared again if I don't want anymore order. I told her that I am sending the product back and I want my money back. She told me that they don't have that guarantee. She then hanged up on me.
