I signed up for a free sample on the 17th January and unfortunately did not read the terms and conditions. I signed up for a free sample from the Australian distributor of Nuvisage. I received a bottle about two weeks later and did not think about it again. I was not thinking of ordering as I did not see any visible change to my skin. I received a second bottle and did not think much about it cause I had asked my sister in law in the Uk to order a free sample for me so i could compare products. The fraud only came to light today (24 March) when my husband and were going through our statement and he mentioned me ordering some hair products from a new supplier and I said no. Cause I use the same supplier. The cost of the product is huge considering it does not work at all. I was charged with $89.00 on 2/2 above the initial $5.28 that was charged on 17/1 without notification and then again on 16/2 and again on 17/03.
My husband called the bank to ask what the debits were for and was advised it was from Reliftxs.com. I called them and explained that i made a mistake and that I wanted my money back. They advised that they could only refund me for the third bottle which was in the mail they say and that i could not get a refund for the second bottle which i had not used.
I managed to cancel any future debits and was given a cancellation number but they were adamant that i could not get a refund for the second bottle..
I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anybody ever nd i d not want to deal with them ever again.
I feel violated and robbed.
