Past due amount as of 12/07 $2737.00 att bill no way

This just showed up on my credit report since I have tried to aquire credit, there has NEVER been any contact from any one in referrence to such a bill due, futher more it states opened in 3, I never received a bill nor was I useing att there is no report of any such account any other time in reference to such a bill.
