I ordered a free sample on Aug. 13, and was charged $5.24 for shipping and handling. They told me the product would arrive Aug. 15, but I received it Aug. 27. No where does it say if you do not want to continue using the product you have 14 days to cancel. I called 1-888-447-6613 twice and managed to speak to someone. They argued with me regarding the charges on my credit card. Finally they told me to return the bottle to:

As well, they gave me a number to put on the envelope, and told me to keep my tracking number. After they receive the bottle, they said they will stop further shipping and charges on credit card. Hope this helps someone.
