DirecTV is really great. I think their customer service rocks. Every year or so, I call when my rates go up, threaten to cancel and they give me a great deal to stay! Their customer service people are so friendly and nice and really do bend over backwards to help. I will probably never leave them just because they continue to work with me and lower my rates.
