My elderly mother has been billed by this company for over 1 yr for services that she did not subscribe to. The billing was through her t-mobile phone bill. The ironic part is that product "sold" to my mother cannot be accessed by her cell phone.
"Shameful" does not get the attention of the executives listed above. Perhaps a segement on Bloomberg (B-West) will get their attention!
