On dec, 14 sometime during the night my mother, lula c. Sellers fell out of her bed, this was notnoticed until next morning staff then got her up put her back in bed. No medical attention was given to my 89 year old mother nor was an incident report written. My mother has complained of pain but has not been given medical help. This requires your immediate attention because the outcome could have been different. My mother has been confined to a wheelchair for years, and precaution should have been taken. Their are other complaints but this one is the most serious. This is very hurtful that not only my mother anyones mother should have to endure this kind of treatment. Please help me and my family to get assistance to this matte
