I was offered a free trial of shopping discount by Aaron Miller ID-0461 on5/19/04 for 7days after i receive the package. I was told i will be billed $99.95 if i do not cancel before the end of the trial period. I received the package on 5/29/04 and called to cancel on 6/1/04 after realizing that my checking account was billed for $99.95 on 5/25/04! Meaning i was not given a trial period. I was asked to send a check authorization form for my refund, which I senton 6/14. I have made several calls requesting the status of my refund and I was repeatingly told that it would be sent to me in 10 to 14 days. I spoke to several supervisors who said my account was being flagged, including:
-Tony Almaeda (supervisor) 8/25/04
-Chester (supervisor) 10/27/04
-David (ID no. 0129) 10/05/04
and several other associates of the company. The last supervisor, Amanda, I spoke to on 12/22/04 was very rude to me and told me to: "Shut up."
Up until now, I have not received my money back and I am still repeatingly told 10-14 days every time I call the company.
