Ordered a free trial offer from your
Company. Ad stated I had 20 days to determine if the product was right for
me, if not cancel. I did not receive the trial offer product until about 15-16 days later. I did not have time to
Determine if your product worked before the 20 days were up. Tried the product
and saw no difference in the whiteness
of my teeth. Exactly 20 days later your company charged my Credit Card $88.98 for a 30 day supply of your product. I sent an e-mail requesting cancellation and a refund of my money. I was e-mailed back and told I was being cancelled but you would not refund my money as I had not cancelled within the 20 days. How can you test something for 10 days to make a decision when you only have 4 days to test before the time period expires. As of this date I have never received the
30 days of product that your ad stated would cost $88.98. I received a refill kit that contined exactly the same thing that was in my trial packet. This is deceptive marketing and bad business practices.
