They lure you in with a 14 free trial period, charge your card, you don't get the product till after that trail period has expired and by the time you get them on the phone, they have charged you for the full price of the product. Then while you are trying to contact them, and return the product because they claim you can cancel at anytime, they charge you for another bottle 30 days from the first trial charge date, not 30 days from the first actual charge date. Their "terms and conditions" are hidden so well in their website and you only find it after they tell you where to find it when you are complaining. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Last of all, the product is a scam and is useless.
