I purchased a vehicle from Kurt Shelton at Next Auto. I also purchased a vehicle service warranty contract for $2225.00 from him when I purchased the vehicle.
Kurt Shelton has not paid the vehicle registration or title. The vehicle is a Lemon.
Kurt Shelton has not paid ASC Warranty for the service contract. I have had to pay for repairs to the vehicle that should have been covered under the warranty.
Kurt Shelton is a small-time thief. Beware! No matter what the business, he will steal your money.
