KWIK KAR on RUFE SNOW DR in North Richland Hills, Texas used scare tactics on me, convinced and coersed me into allowing them to "flush" my Power Sterring Fluid and System. Approximately 30 days later my POWER STEERING, Rack n Pinion, and other damages occured. The owner, KURT, CURT, KIRK... Was given the opportunity to make it right as I was a loyal, long term customer.instead he was rude, hateful, verbally assualted my vehicle.
About 5:00 P.M. That same Thursday, January 5, he called me and YELLED, SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO HELP... That it was my problem. Of course I needed my ONLY transportation and had taken it to a LICENSED MECHANIC who is willing to TESTIFY that KWIK KAR's FLUSH HAD RUINED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. I advised KWIK KAR owner, KURT, to call mechanic... KURT said the mechanic was RIPPING ME OFF, and that he would call him Friday A.M. January 6.
When KWIK KAR (Kurt) talked with Mike, he was told by same that, YES!!! KWIK KAR's FLUSH WAS THE SOURCE that RUINED my POWER STEERING PUMP and possibly additional damages. I have heard nothing from KWIK KAR and I had to borrow money to pay to get my vehicle back once repairs were completed. KWIK KAR RIPPED ME OFF BIG TIME.
BEWARE of "scare tactics" from KWIK KAR..inFLATED and UNNECESSARY services/charges that will not only leave you broke, but BREAK YOUR car/truck/suv/et al.
