I went to get my upgrade after Att told me when i paid the bill I could go get my phone. When i got there they were rude and told me they couldn't help me. There was a manager that use to work there 2 years ago was excellent. We all need him back. This store has only younk kids with no intelligence all they see is dollar signs not customers.
