I ordered a free trial sample of equinox serum and rvtl anti-aging cream and supposedly paid the postage, then realised my account had been debited with £89 and £95 for each cream... What a scam. I contacted the company only to be told that there is nothing free in this world and I should have returned the creams within 14 days. They did not give refunds! My bank were unable to refund the money but were very helpful and have received many complaints from others. How can this company get away with such misleading information, preying on women... Would they like their wives, mothers etc to be treated this way.
