Phoenix Labs offered a Risk-Free Trial on the anti aging cream (RVTL) and equinox day and night (Equinox). I received these samples July 2nd. I tried them and I developed a skin rash. I did not order anymore of this product; however, my bank advised me July 10th that they had automatically deducted $89.00 for the cream and $99.00 for the Equinox day and night. I made a copy of all your information and there is NO Statement that I would be billed again. I call this an outright scam and I am going to persue legal assistance if you do not refund the $188.00.
I will gladly return the products if you deem necessary!
I have closed my bank account as it is overdrawn and opened a new one.
