I needed to get my Iphone fixed and it took 9 hours of being on the phone, on hold, on the computer, to get a problem fixed that the techs messed up on. I was told on 3 different occasions in the 9 hours that I would be called back and never was called back once. The people were friendly and apologized, but 9 hours of my time was wasted and all I got was "sorry". I am not normally one to complain, but I think 9 hours is absolutely ridiculous amount of time to be wasted on a constumer. They were not organized and got my information lost numerous times, which added to why I was on the phone/hold/computer for 9 hours. I would not recommend this company.
