Thankfully I didn't lose any money to this scam. My new Asus laptop was acting weird and randomly shutting down. So I looked up Asus tech support on my phone but instead got Techzilla. When I asked the girl if she was with Asus she lied and said yes. After explaining my problem and being put on hold a couple times I began to wonder if something was up because she hadn't asked me for a model number or anything, which they usually do. So she takes me off hold and tells me I need to send my computer in and wants my email to send me a shipping label. Ok sounds good but I'm still thinking why hasn't she asked me for more info? Then she tells me they need to charge me 200 bucks to get my laptop fixed. This is when I got upset and asked why they were trying to charge me when I have a 1 year warranty, she gave me some (Inappropriate Content Removed) answer and I again told her "No, I just paid 300 for your computer that broke on me after a week, I'm not paying 200 to have it fixed when I have a warranty. Then she got very flustered and hung up on me. So I came online and figured out this number and company are a scam. Glad I didn't fall for their scam but they wasted my time.
