Paid 500 bucks for nothing to be done Ripoff

We took our computer in to be fixed because of constant shut offs. Ended up paying 500 dollars (in advance I might add) and computer still shuts off.

They told us it would take 24-48 hours to be fixed. Yea right!

Everyday we would call to check and were told everyday something different from it will be ready in about 3 hours to it hasn't even been looked at yet. Give me a break all ready. 7 days later I finally got it back with the same problem we took it in for.

When I questioned as to why it took so long (not knowing it wasn't even fixed) I was told that it was hooked up to an overseas company! If I wanted it to be fixed overseas I would have sent it there. I wanted it fixed IN-HOUSE (which to me means someone in that company should have fixed it). Now if we would of had a geek come to our home to fix it... Would he/she still be sitting in my home fixing my computer today?

Oh yea they do offer a warranty but will I have to take computer back in? YES and then they will not guantee when I will get it back.

This is a scam.
