Called Daniel, the owner of company. Had carpet covering Terrazzo floor, Terrazzo was old so really needed expert opinion before spending $2000 to restore. Daniel lifted the carpet, there were large holes from nails around the perimeter, Daniel filled these with epoxy, which was a different color from Terrazzo, he said when he diamond polished the floor the stains and the the epoxy would not be evident. When leaving he said when the floor settled after a few days the stains and epoxy would not be evident. They are really evident, called Daniel he stated there was nothing he could do. My husband called and explained to him we have to cover this work because it is so bad, he hung up the phone. Now we have to spend an additional $3000 to cover the work that cost us $2000. Thank you.
