I too thought I was calling Apple, so I trusted these bozos. So much for accurate google searches, but I thought I was calling APPLE. Fool that I am I purchased their support package, thinking I was doing so through APPLE. $150 and an hour and a half later, I realized this is NOT Apple, these guys do NOT know what they are doing, and I am furious. I called the APPLE customer support number and got the questions answered in 5 minutes. Then I promptly sent Techzilla an email cancelling my purchase. I'll supposedly be refunded all but $50, since they supposedly "helped" me in my initial call. Let's hope they actually issue the refund. These guys SUCK.
