I called what I thought to be Apple to ask for tech support for iTunes, iPad, Ect. I used a phone# found online for Apple Tech help. I reached a person who said they would be able to help if I extended my Apple products service plan for $79.99. Now Apple has no record of my serivce plan, or transaction and I realize how I have been scammed by TEC proservice.
