I was trying to have my mail forwarded and did not realize I was using a third party to do so. I thought the only reason I was giving my credit card was to confirm who I was and then looked on my bank account and seen I was charged $19.95.. I called the postal service and they advised that I had used a third party as they only charge $1.00. I try to call the phone number they list and it hangs up on me. This is definitely a scam!
