Thank you for your impeccable service and I applaud you for making a meaningful difference to frustrated on-line consumers. Please be so kind as to assist me in tracking down an order I placed and paid for at [URL Removed] After I saw the product advertised on the Dr Oz television show I thought that it looked like a reputable company and product. My frustration is that the company is in the USA and the call centre is in Canada. I live in South Africa. The only local contact detail I have in South Africa is a local telephone number which terminate in Canada at the call centre. The call centre only manage order taking. Complaints are lodged on the website, and after numerous complaints I still get an electronically generated generic message that does not address my enquiry at all. I want to know if the product was dispatched, who is the company responsible for delivery and can I have a tracking number so that I can try and locate the product locally.
