Payment was made in the amount of $95.04 for cellular phone flashing service from Sprint to Cricket. Was told this included first month of Cricket service & promised fully flash (talk, text, and web). The day payment was made, several hours were spent downloading software. I was told the service would be completed the next day (Friday 7-19-13). Repeated attempts were made by email and was finally told that service would occur between 8-9PM. At 8:13 PM I received an email saying 20 minutes. More than two hours later, after even trying to call the provider, I still have no service and am out the $95.04 with no response from provider.
