Absolutely the most disorganized cellular service out there offering the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has now taken me THREE visits to the dealer from which I received the phone, and then THEY send me to a "corporate" store - which I have had to visit TWICE to correct a billing error THEY made. Don't EVEN try handling it on the phone - I gave up after 4 attempts of trying to reach anyone that could remedy THEIR mistake. My payment WAS made prior to due date via website. However, Cricket "lost" the payment. Proof of payment provided via copy of bank statement to both dealer and corporate stores with each visit - that means they received proof on FIVE separate occasions. Today, I gave up the absurdity and have told the sales rep to close the account immediately. WHAT a hassle trying to deal with this wannabe cellular "service". AVOID these knuckleheads!!
