I had 3 verizon phones flashed to cricket. $45 flash charge for 2 to be fully flashed - which means they are supposed to get all features/sevices available - no problem, and only $15 at another site - just to get basic features for myself since I don't need all the bells & whistles. However, since we got the 3 phones activated a month ago, nothing has gone right. Every time I try to call the customer service line I can't through and I am placed on an automated merry-go-round and never get to speak to anyone. IF by the grace of the good Lord above someone does answer, they tell me that the problem is due to the flashing and that I will just have to deal with it or buy a cricket phone — well imagine that - I already gave them $45 which they gladly took and said no worries... And now they want me to spend more $ buying of their phones. Well, why even flash them. Why can't u just be honest with your customer and tell them "your phone may not work for HOURS at a time and then it make take you over 30 minutes to get through to an operator. So now I have three lines that say the lines are out of order - . We just switched from Verizon due to the cheaper price but you really do pay for what you get - you can never get through to customer service and again, when you do, they blame the problem on you.
