The Chricket Broadband is the SLOWEST Internet provider I have ever had. It is soooo slow that it takes forever to open Google Page. I paid $40.00 plus $50.00 which I will get back in three month! Daaa?
I gave a call to Customer service and they say if I download over 5Gb, Internet gets slow. What's happened with Cricket UNLIMITED INTERNET??? I was not notified about 5gb. Couldn't you tell me that before my purchase?
The problem is that I use Internet on daily bases like online banking, email checking and etc. But I was told that Cricket counts every opened web page! How do you people count? Is there anyway for me to see that?
Today is the 10th day of November month service, and it is d*n slooooow again. I gave them a call and this time I was told that I exceeded 5Gb last month, and it is effecting on this month...??? What?
Moreover the Cricket representative got smart and raised his voice.
Oh yeah and I was reading a report of another guy here about cricket cell phones. Cricket rep-ve said that they are not responsible for cells. Common people, why other providers like T Mobile or Sprint do not have problems with cell phones??? I had my last Nokia with T Mobile for 5years!!! And it is still working well.
You people are ripoff.
