I received a special promotion for Elmo books and book bag. My daughter loves Elmo so I read the offer and it was only $3.99. It did say that with this order you would be signing up to receive other shipments automatically unless cancelled and you can cancel any time. On July 2,2013 I called and cancelled my account. I was given a cancellation number and told my account was cancelled. On July 18 they charged my credit card for another shipment. I called and was told that yes they received my cancellation but the company's policy is to process cancellations on the last day of the month and so my account was not officially cancelled yet so I am still enrolled in the automatic shipments. When I told them this was not acceptable and would like to speak to a manager, they asked to place me on hold and then hung up on me. This happened three times.
