I ordered a "free" sample of Altovis and was later charged $70 because I had been automatically entered into a continuous shipment cycle. The day that my account was deducted the $70 I went on-line and cancelled my Managed Care Direct account. I just was charged another $70 dollars even after I personally cancelled my account. I called to speak to a so-called customer service rep who told me I never cancelled my account with them and to prove to him that I did! I was infuriated with him I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was just as kind and helpful.
They gave me a confirmation number for my cancellation and that was all they did. I had to cancel my credit/ATM card and would like to tell people that this company will continously take the money out of your account until you report your credit card stolen or used fraudulently and/or call your bank. Buying vitamins is your best bet, since that is basically what they sell. These are not miracle pills, they are just vitamins you could probably find at your local Wal-Mart.
