I did an internet survey and they were part of it. I cancelled after the first mail order came. Next month they billed my credit card again, put me over the limit and got charged over the limit fees. I called and they cancelled the account, although the next shopment already went out. I said ok but need it cancelled for next month. They agreed.
Next month I get my statement and am charged AGAIN from them. I immediately called and they said they saw the cancellation but the other person did not follow through with the cancellation. I told them I did not want the product and to cancel at that time. She was sorry and did it on the phone.
Here it is the end of July and I go to my statement on line with my credit card and they have charged me yet again! I tried calling and of course they are closed. I am fed up with this company! Now i am over the limit again with my credit card and got charged an over the limit fee again!
