I accepted the trial offer for $1.03. There was no mention of any other charges until I clicked on "submit" and suddenly a separate shipping charge appeared. I was unable to go back or cancel at that time, so I called the company's customer service no. (866-711-2831) "June" told me that there was no way that she could cancel the order and that I was stuck with the $3.87 charge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they were all in a meeting and would call me back. No one did. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. What a scam!
