I was looking at an email I got from getitfree. I buy products through them all the time. You get trial offers and just pay the shipping. Anyway I got one for a free trial offer on DermPure. I clicked on to order the trial offer which said you just pay shipping and handling for $3.95. I agreed to this and before I knew it I had signed up for them to send me the face lift for 119.95 a month. Also they added in there the body shaper which was suppose to be $19.00. I wasn't too concerned about that even though I wasn't aware I had ordered that. When I checked my account they had charged me $64.00. When I called them and told them I wanted to cancel they cancelled my monthly order but couldn't cancel the trial and they said I was charged the $64.00 for half price of the face lift which would be $79.95. Anyway you look at it half of $79.95 is not $64.00.in other words you aren't getting your trial offer of face lift for $3.95. Also most trial offers are for 30 days. Well there's is 9 days. After 9 days they charge you their special offer of $79.95. They say you can call customer service and get an RMA number to send it back but that doesn't apply for the "trial" offer.in other words you just got screwed. On top of that their customer service reps can barely speak English. I had to keep asking what they said it was very hard to understand her. Big surprise here but at the end of your confrontation with them they don't have a customer survey. Wonder why? Maybe because they know they're deceitful so they weren't going to get any good feed back. Certainly not from me. Beware of DermPure they're scammers.
