I ordered three wigs for myself and two friends. They were delivered really quickly and initially thought this is good service. Opened the package and the wigs are:
Completely different colour from what I ordered
Completely different style
Very poor quality.
I contacted them to request a refund. Spoke to online chat person and also by several emails. Was Asked why i want refund. Explained above. Received email, from their customer services saying they could refund only 20% of the wig price and I keep the wigs. They also said, "We really try our best to make the wig and we spend a lot on buying materials for the wig, paying staff salaries, freight, and paying the money to the tailors and the designers and so on. But now, we have to return your money, that means we lose the money and the wig for nothing."
I am still waiting to resolve this...
