I ordered a lot of wigs from this store with my credit card through paypal. The first 2 that arrived where nothing like the picture and not the brand advertised on the sight. But They were supposed to be McKensey wigs by Envy. Which although am new to wigs I heard that this is a quality brand. At the same time i had ordered a lot of cheap wigs from ebay under 10 pounds in price. As these wigs arrived with no invoice only a small instuction card with the name wigs i didnt think this was my awaited parcel. For very cheap wigs i thought they were ok! It was the wig in the next parcel that shocked me, now i am addicted to wigs, bye them weekly and lots of them scince loosing my hair few weeks ago, so after buying so many on ebay for under a tenner i was looking forward to a quality human haired wig as i have never had one. When I opened the box i actually thought it was a free gift as it came with another mckensy wig which i STILL thought was from ebay (again, no invoice) and sometimes the sellers include a free gift! And i promise you i thought what a lousy free gift! And laughed to myself was gonna bin it. It was like a scarecrows hair, bald patches, rafts showing through seriously damaged hair, like someone has taken the straggly bleached split ends and randomly sewn them into the wig! Will try and upload a picture. This wasnt all... My next parcel arrived today, the same ruined hair but dark brown (different colour to pic) again so thin its see through, tracks showing, just plain awful! By now the penny dropped, synthetic hair doesnt have split ends, knew id been scammed the human wigs cost 105GBPs each! So upset, tried to complain, got the runaround, was given wig customer [email protected] but, cant do it, dont think it exists. So, go back to Halo wigs to complain again! Guess What? Cant get on with my password, what i use for everything, Suprize, suprize, what a horrible place to shop! Please DONT do it! Am so out of pocket. But I wont stop till ive told everyone about them, makeing it my mission. Take heed.
