I bought 2 wigs, one was okay but the other bore no resemblance to what I ordered. The colour and look was nothing like the picture. They refused to give me a refund. The lady who emailed, I suspected from her emails was Chinese and when she refused a refund, she finally said I should return it at my own expense to somewhere in China. She said if they don't get it I won't be refunded. I knew I would end up losing more money and the nasty wig too so I decided to cut my losses and quit. What I will say is that I think halo wigs, lace wigs, wig shop are all one and the same company so beware
